How much does my subscription cost?
Grub Masters charges a very competitive $35 a month for service. This price covers all features, standard themes, and hosting for about the price of only 8 to 10 well drinks. Subscriptions can also be paid for annually or by 4 years, at a significant discount. Check out the signup page for pricing.
Is there an initial setup fee?
No. The first month's subscription fee of $35 is all you have to pay to get started.
Can I sign a contract to get a discounted rate?
Grub Masters service does not offer long term contracts. However, if you were to purchase a year subscription at a time, we charge a once a year fee of $360. This saves you $60 a year over the monthly subscription and works out to be under a dollar a day for your website and hosting!
Are there extra costs for overuse or other hidden charges?
There are no hidden fees or charges for use. The only monthly fee to maintain your site and use all the administration features is $35/month.
How are you able to provide this service without the much higher fees most web designers charge?

Do you have a support in case I need help setting up my website?
Online access to video tutorials and frequently asked questions are available in the administration section once logged in to your account. They are easily accessible and specific to the administration tools. Email support with a maximum 24 hour response time and direct phone support during standard business hours is also provided by Green Side Technologies, LLC.

Can I upload my own pictures of products or events?
Yes. We offer a photo gallery with unlimited albums which supports audio files as well.
How many pictures can I upload?
There is a limit of 256MB of photo and audio storage per website. Contact support if you think your requirements will be higher.
How often can I make changes to my website?

How long does it take for my changes to take effect?
Once your site is enabled, all changes are applied instantly.
Will I get updates to my website that adds features?
Yes. New features are always in development to build the best possible sites. As major feature changes and new tools become available, you will be notified via email and they will be automatically available to use (or not use) in your administrative area.
How much will the new features cost?
All new features will be offered for no extra charge. Once available they can be added to your website via your administration page.
What software do I need to edit and administer my website?
The administration of Grub Masters web sites is accomplished through an online service, and can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. Web sites are password protected and work with the web browser of your choice. No extra software is needed.
Do I have to download or install any software on my computer to administer my website?
No. There is no software to install or download to your personal computer. All new features are added to our servers for you and accessible from your administration page with no updates or effort on your part. However, we do recommend that web browsers are kept updated with the latest available versions. All web browsers are free to upgrade and can be updated online.
What kind of internet connection will I need?
